Salary: Uncapped OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus use of company vehicle

What you’ll be doing:
- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
- Proactively use our long established and extensive company database for customer follow\-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
- Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always
- Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Self\-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development
- Full and valid driving licence
