Essentials (You Must Have):
- Experience in automotive sales
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer journeys
- Confident using basic IT systems/CRM tools
- Proactive and solutions\-focused approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify cross\-sell and upsell opportunities (FI\&P)
- Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries
- Maximise retention and renewal opportunities
- Support customers throughout the full sales journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes
- A professional appearance and approach
- The ability to build solid, long\-term relationships with customers
- Confidence in your ability to engage and influence, bringing your personality to life
- Target\-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence
