We're looking for a highly organised and proactive People Team Administrator to join our People \& Transformation Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for people processes to develop their HR career within a fast\-paced and supportive environment.
As the first point of contact for employee queries, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience and ensuring our people processes run smoothly from onboarding through to offboarding.
What You'll Be Doing
As a People Team Administrator, you'll provide day\-to\-day support across all areas of the People function, including:
- Managing the end\-to\-end new starter process, including contracts, offer letters, references, inductions and system setup
- Coordinating the leaver process, ensuring all documentation, system updates and exit activities are completed
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries through the People inbox
- Maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system
- Monitoring probation reviews and fixed\-term contracts, ensuring timely actions are taken
- Supporting payroll administration activities
- Assisting with HR reporting, data collection and document preparation
- Providing administrative support across Learning \& Development, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Drafting employee communications and supporting wider People Team projects
- Supporting managers with low\-level employee relations matters, including absence management and probation reviews
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR or People environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy, fast\-paced role with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
- The ability to work independently and build strong working relationships across the business
- Experience using HR systems, particularly Cezanne HR
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or a desire to work towards it
- A degree in HR, Business or a related subject
