We are looking for an ambitious and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tile, flooring, construction materials, bathroom products, or a related sales environment and possess a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


• Assist retail, trade, and commercial customers with tile and flooring selections.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and trade customers.


• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product recommendations.


• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and leads to maximize conversions.


• Conduct showroom consultations and provide professional product advice.


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of tile, flooring, bathroom, and installation products.


• Promote new products, special offers, and company services.


• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.


• Process sales orders accurately through the company ERP/POS system.


• Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent after\-sales service.


• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.


• Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.


• Contribute to showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in:


• Tiles


• Flooring


• Bathrooms


• Building Materials


• Interior Finishes


• Construction Products


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Excellent customer service and relationship\-building abilities.


• Ability to understand floor plans, measurements, and project requirements.


• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Full clean driving licence (preferred).


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the tile and flooring industry.


• Knowledge of porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, SPC, laminate, engineered wood, and vinyl flooring products.


• Experience working with builders, architects, and interior designers.


• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.


• Knowledge of construction and renovation projects.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (with rotational weekends as required)

Pay: €30\.00\-€42\.00 per hour
