We are looking for a confident, organised Sales Executive to support our busy Coach Hire team in Weston\-super\-Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast\-paced office environment.
The Role
You will support the Sales Manager and wider team by handling enquiries, preparing quotes and helping to convert bookings. You will be a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Preparing quotations and processing bookings
- Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team
- Following up customer enquiries
- General administrative support
- Working efficiently in a busy, fast\-paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with good IT skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- We will consider part time candidates for 2 or 3 days per week
