• Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required.


• Execute social media platforms and online presence plan (including website \& listings).


• Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.


• Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.


• Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.


• Recruit, train and develop sales \& events coordinator (where applicable).


• Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.


• Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.


• Understanding of the operational running of the business/events.


• Great communication and people skills.


• Creative approach to problem\-solving.


• High attention to detail.


• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects.


• Good negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
