Sales & Events Coordinator

Job Overview
Team Challenge Company is a leading corporate team building and event management company based in Scotland, delivering high caliber events of various sizes to corporate customers throughout the UK.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and engaging Sales \& Events Coordinator to join our growing team of event professionals on either a full or part time basis, with the overarching goal to assist the business in achieving its current growth objectives.

Duties

• Answering incoming enquiries via telephone and web submission


• Working with prospective clients to understand their specific needs and requirements


• Designing bespoke event packages tailored to individual client requirements


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive follow\-up contact


• Managing existing enquiries within our database, progressing them through to contract stage


• Creating compelling client proposals that showcase our event offering


• Writing up and issuing client contracts


• Managing event schedules and maintaining up\-to\-date event diaries


• Liaising with our Operations Team and Event Managers to ensure seamless event delivery


• Supporting the organisation of daily event logistics and operational tasks


• Attending events where appropriate


• Delivering on client expectations at every stage of the process

The ideal candidate will be well organised, driven, have great attention to detail, excellent telephone manner, work well within a team as well as independently, be able to prioritize their workload to ensure all tasks and projects are completed correctly and have excellent personal communication and customer service skills. A passion for events is desirable, and previous experience within a sales role, particularly within the events and hospitality industries will be highly regarded.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
