Sales & Events Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales \& Events Coordinator to join our passionate team at Ann Events Hire. Based in our Harmondsworth office, you’ll play a key role liaising with event planners, brides and grooms, and corporate clients to ensure they receive the best service, advice, and support throughout their event journey.
What You’ll Do
- Be an ambassador for the Ann Events Hire brand, showcasing your full knowledge of our services.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly and professionally with accurate information.
- Prepare and send bespoke quotations, confirmations, and invoices.
- Ensure terms \& conditions are signed and payments are received on time.
- Follow up on outstanding bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Create detailed event sheets and communicate requirements across departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for special requests and event needs.
- Support the successful delivery of all events, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct post\-event follow\-ups to gather feedback and secure future opportunities.
- A natural organiser with a flair for sales and customer service.
- Experienced in hospitality, events, or attractions (1 year\+ preferred).
- Confident, articulate, and great at building relationships both in person and over the phone.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
- Comfortable using event management or booking software (Colins/ResDiary a plus).
- Enthusiastic, personable, and driven to deliver memorable experiences.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
