Sales Engineer

As Sales Engineer – Water Treatment, you will drive sales of advanced solutions across the Netherlands, combining technical expertise with commercial skills to help industrial customers optimize their water processes. What you will be doing

As part of the Industry Sales, Water Treatment team, you will expand Grundfos’s footprint in the Netherlands by connecting customers with efficient and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dutch water treatment market

  • Provide technical consultation on pump and system selection and sizing

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, consultants, and partners

  • Prepare and present tailored technical proposals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end\-to\-end solutions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy

What makes you a great fit
------------------------------

You are a proactive, technically strong sales professional with solid knowledge of water treatment processes and fluent Dutch.

We expect:

  • Fluent Dutch and good English skills

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar

  • 3\+ years’ sales experience in water treatment or industrial equipment

  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close B2B deals

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Grundfos or similar pump/dosing systems

  • Network in the Dutch water treatment sector

  • Knowledge of Dutch water quality regulations
