Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the design and execution of global sales enablement strategies that improve sales productivity, consistency, and commercial outcomes. You will develop onboarding and continuous learning programs that reduce ramp time and strengthen field performance across regions.

  • Lead and scale global sales enablement programs that improve ramp time, productivity, and overall sales effectiveness

  • Design and implement onboarding frameworks ensuring new hires achieve rapid time-to-productivity

  • Develop advanced sales plays, competitive insights, and value-based messaging for enterprise sales teams

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling sales narratives

  • Manage and optimize enablement tools and platforms (CRM, LMS, and related systems) to support field execution

  • Deliver training, coaching, and workshops on sales methodology, product positioning, and execution best practices

  • Track, measure, and report on enablement effectiveness using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes

  • Coordinate global training initiatives, including in-person and virtual enablement events and programs

Requirements
You bring strong experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or commercial operations, ideally within technology or complex B2B environments. You are confident working across senior stakeholders and translating strategy into structured execution frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, GTM strategy, or related commercial roles

  • Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and ability to coach teams on structured selling

  • Experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in cross-functional environments

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

  • Experience with enablement tools such as Salesforce, LMS platforms, and productivity or analytics tools

  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of measuring program impact through performance data

  • Comfortable in global, distributed, and multicultural working environments
