Sales Director - AdTech / Digital Advertising
London | Hybrid | Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

I'm working with an exciting, growing AdTech business that is looking for a Sales Director to help accelerate its UK growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves opening doors, building senior agency relationships and winning new business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving new business across agencies and advertisers


• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline


• Developing senior relationships across the UK media landscape


• Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close


• Helping shape the UK commercial strategy as the business scales

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years' experience across AdTech, digital advertising, media or programmatic


• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets


• Strong new business experience


• An established agency/client network


• Confident selling complex digital advertising solutions


• Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially driven
