We’re hiring 12 sales people looking to Fast Track their career.

Not graduates.

Not passengers.

Not people looking for an easy ride.

We’re looking for 12 commercially hungry people with 2\- 4 years of sales experience who want to accelerate quickly inside one of the UK’s fastest\-growing connectivity businesses.

12 Weeks To Prove You’re Built For More.

The package is simple:

  • £30,000 salary during the 12\-week Fast Track programme

  • £35,000 base salary on successful appointment into the commercial team

  • uncapped commission

  • clear salary progression as you move through the levels of the sales organisation
The opportunity is real. Most sales roles talk about development. Most “accelerator programmes” are just classroom training with a different name.

Fast Track is different.

Convergence Group is building a commercial growth team focused on expanding revenue across our customer base through strategic upsell, cross\-sell and customer growth.

We’re looking for ambitious salespeople with 2–4 years’ experience who already know how to sell, compete and handle pressure \- and now want to accelerate hard.

This is not a graduate scheme.

And it’s not designed for people looking for comfort.

It’s a 12\-week fixed\-term contract built to identify high\-potential commercial talent quickly.

You’ll be immersed in:

  • connectivity

  • managed networks

  • infrastructure

  • customer growth strategy

  • commercial expansion

  • multi\-product selling
You’ll learn fast because you’ll need to.
