We are building a scalable international commercial department and are looking for a driven SDR to help accelerate our expansion across Spain and Italy.
The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
You will work directly with senior sales leadership and play a key role in building predictable pipeline and fueling business growth.
Key Responsibilities:* Identify and prospect ideal customer profile (ICP) companies across Spain and Italy
- Execute outbound campaigns via:
- + Cold email
+ Cold calling
- Research and engage decision\-makers, including:
- + Marketing Directors
+ CMOs
+ CEOs
- Qualify leads based on business fit and opportunity potential
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
- Test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outbound performance
Must\-Have:* Native or professional\-level Spanish and Italian
- Professional\-level English
- Proven experience as:
- + SDR
+ Outbound sales representative
+ Appointment setter
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Experience with:
