Job Opportunity

Join a dynamic team focused on transforming recruitment by simplifying and accelerating the hiring process. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress to meet targets. Essential qualifications include proven experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and a customer-focused approach are highly valued.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology sector or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes and build lasting relationships. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and addressing client needs. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to maintain accurate records of activities and progress. Collaborative approach to working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving industry. Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with an interest in recruitment processes or HR technology being advantageous.
