Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 base \+ uncapped commission

The Opportunity We’re seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Leeds team as Sales Development Representatives within the business utilities and IT services sector.

The Role As an SDR, you will focus on identifying and creating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients. You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team, playing a critical role in driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels

  • Engage decision\-makers and introduce business utilities and IT solutions

  • Qualify leads by understanding business needs and challenges
