<p>As a Sales Development Representative at Amenitiz, your primary objective is to generate qualified outbound opportunities for the Sales team. You are the first conversation a hotelier has with us - which means your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and match our solution to a genuine business need directly shapes the quality of our pipeline.</p>
<p>We serve independent hoteliers across Europe: family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains that have long been underserved by technology designed for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, we have a product with proven market fit. You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to the people who use it.</p>

<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li>Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound prospecting - cold calling, email, and LinkedIn - with a focus on the [French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese] market</li>
<li>Engage prospects with a consultative approach: understand their operational challenges before presenting a solution</li>
<li>Build trust and credibility quickly, converting meaningful conversations into live product demonstrations for the Sales team</li>
<li>Maintain high outbound activity while preserving the quality of each interaction</li>
<li>Manage lead data and pipeline activity accurately in HubSpot, ensuring reliable forecasting</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates</li>
</ul>

<li>Minimum one year of experience in a sales or business development role</li>
<li>French native speaker with strong written and verbal English</li>
<li>You listen before you pitch and adapt your communication style to the person in front of you</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volume without losing attention to detail</li>
<li>Driven by results and motivated by working in a performance-oriented environment</li>
<li>Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or online travel is an advantage</li>
