Contract: CDI (Permanent contract), Work\-study/Alternance, or End\-of\-studies internship
Location: Central Paris (8th arrondissement), partial remote work possible
- Compensation:
- Fixed: €1,500 (internship/work\-study)
- Fixed: €33k\-€39k (CDI) \+ variable that can double the fixed salary
- Generate and qualify leads: active prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify customer opportunities: understand prospect needs and qualify leads for the Account Executive team
- Participate in client meetings as support: prepare meetings, product demo if necessary, and initial presentation of the company's model
- Contribute to improving sales tools: feedback on scripts, pitches, and prospecting materials
- Collaborate with the Sales team and founders: work in pairs with another BDR/AE and coordinate with the tech team
- At least 3 months of experience in telephone prospecting (BDR/SDR) as an intern or work\-study
- Desired status: end\-of\-studies internship / final\-year work\-study / first permanent contract (CDI)
- Experience: in IT services (ESN), tech, or recruitment
- Fluent in French and English (or the language of the target country ideally \- Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Portuguese etc. )
- 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience, with mandatory cold calling
- Comfortable speaking with high\-level contacts: CEOs, HRDs, funds
- Experience in a startup or recruitment firm is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong closing skills and short\-cycle management
