Due to continued growth across our UK and international markets, Dura Ltd is looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Brackley facility.
This is a key coordination role supporting customer orders, export operations, and internal project delivery across both UK and European markets. The successful candidate will act as a central point of communication between customers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure projects and orders are delivered smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
Working within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment, this role would suit someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and coordinating customer orders using Microsoft Business Central ERP
- Acting as a key point of contact for UK and European customers and distributors
- Coordinating communication between customers, production, logistics, and project teams
- Providing excellent German language support across both written and verbal communication
- Managing order progression and updating customers on production schedules and delivery timelines
- Organising UK and international freight movements
- Preparing export and shipping documentation where required
- Supporting invoicing, credit notes, and general commercial administration
- Assisting with transport bookings and delivery coordination
- Maintaining accurate customer, project, and order records
- Supporting smooth operational delivery across multiple projects simultaneously
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a coordination, administration, export, logistics, or customer support role
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- French language capability would be highly advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer\-focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple priorities within a busy environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- ERP system experience, ideally Microsoft Business Central
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- £25,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
