Sales Coordinator
Role Purpose
To provide support to the Sales team (selected National Account Managers and Senior Sales colleagues) to ensure the sales function’s activity is efficient and focused.
Principal Accountabilities
- To provide the sales team with administrative and co\-ordination support.
- To coordinate the admin associated with product launches.
- To provide admin and pricing support to the Export Nam.
- To manage the sales inquiries
- To co\-ordinate and attend sales meetings
- To co\-ordinate SOS and any other clearance stock. Liaising with finance, production, sales and marketing to produce WIGIG lists and offer to clearance customers
- To be first point of contact for members of the public calling customer service.
- Other tasks as occasionally requested by your Line Manager.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong communication skills
- Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests potentially at short notice.
- Good understanding of customer base and product range.
- Basic commercial understanding.
