Sales Coordinator / Junior Account Manager (Entry Level)

Our client, an incredibly well-established FMCG business whom have specialised in the distribution of high-quality seafood for over 70 years, are looking to recruit an energetic, personable, entry-level candidate to join their office in a Sales Coordination capacity - with the huge potential to progress very quickly into a Junior Account Management position.

Our client are a huge name in the Seafood industry, supply to a wide range of B2B clients and are one of the UK's leading speciality frozen seafood importers/distributors. Supplying all across the UK and Europe, our client boast a product range of over 300 items and have been incredibly consistent in their recent growth. Due to this success, they are now looking to add to their office-based team, with the perfect profile an entry-level candidate with a great sense of humour and the appetite to learn. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customers with any relevant information and a full 'order to delivery' customer service


• Assisting the wider sales team in the professional handling of accounts and customer enquiries


• Processing of sales orders/enquiries received by phone & email


• Updating customer information on company CRM


• Sending order confirmations to customers


• Communicating price changes/stock shortages to customers


• Producing price lists/stock reports for internal sales team


• Making sales calls when requested and or covering for sales representatives on holiday

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)


• High attention to detail


• Desire to be coached/learn new information


• Genuine desire to progress career (amazing opportunities available, as below)


• Fun, sociable personality!

*No previous experience is required, however any candidates with experience of working within Retail/Hospitality (interacting with customers, etc) are strongly urged to apply!*
