Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within an assigned sales territory or account.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Sell company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
- Utilize social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Prepare, review, and sign offers and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure the achievement of sales volume in the assigned territory.
- Report significant events pertinent to sales and customer interactions.
- Participate in Sales Team activities, contributing to sales forecasting, customer relationship management, and the maintenance/development of sales strategies.
- Work with management to produce necessary metrics, plans, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze market trends, sales and marketing metrics, and pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Proven experience working in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
- The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage customer relationships and work with the sales team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and sales metrics.
- Ability to develop new prospects and accounts strategically.
- Skill in using social media platforms for marketing and brand awareness purposes.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ashford TW15 2RP
