Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated, energetic and driven Course Consultants to join our Harlow office.

This is not a customer service role. We are looking for confident sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, overcoming objections, closing business and being rewarded for their performance.

The Role

You will be speaking to prospective students who have already expressed an interest in training through our website, social media campaigns, marketing activities and live webinar events.

This is primarily a telephone\-based sales role. You'll spend most of your day speaking with prospective students, understanding their goals and helping them choose the right training pathway.

We generate a high volume of enquiries through our marketing activity, social media campaigns and live webinar events, ensuring there is a consistent flow of opportunities for our consultants.

Your role is to understand each student's goals, advise on suitable training pathways and help them enrol onto the programme that best suits their needs.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No field sales.

Just quality enquiries and the opportunity to genuinely help people transform their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify incoming enquiries.

  • Conduct telephone consultations with prospective students.

  • Recommend suitable training and certification pathways.

  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • Follow up enquiries and manage your own sales pipeline.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the enrolment process.

  • Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and successful team environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in Telesales, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Estate Agency, Finance or another target\-driven role.

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.

  • A positive and resilient attitude.

  • Self\-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Competitive, driven and goal\-oriented.

  • A strong desire to earn well and be rewarded for performance.

What We Offer

Competitive Basic Salary \+ Uncapped Commission

We offer a competitive basic salary alongside a genuinely uncapped commission structure.

Our consultants typically earn between £40,000 and £45,000 in their first year, although some exceed these figures. If you are motivated by success, enjoy sales and are prepared to put in the effort, your earning potential is limited only by your performance.

Many consultants progress to £65,000\+ per year once established and consistently performing in the role.

Our highest\-performing consultants regularly exceed these figures, earning significantly more through our uncapped commission structure.

We believe exceptional salespeople should be rewarded for the results they deliver. Your earning potential is directly linked to your performance, ambition and determination, with no cap on what you can achieve.

Working Hours \& Culture

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

  • One\-hour lunch break Monday to Thursday

  • 30\-minute lunch break on Friday

  • No weekend working

  • No bank holiday working
