*The Role:*

We are looking for a talented sales consultant with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our concession in John Lewis, Cribbs.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on\-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.

You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.

*Please note all contracts will require some weekend working.*

*The Responsibilities:*

• Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.


• Implement floor updates with authorisation from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.


• Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.


• Meet sales targets and hold accountability for achieving them.


• Support Hush colleagues \& our external partners, to ensure high store performance.


• Highlight stock needs and commercial actions regularly to your line manager.

• Available to work 40 hours per week, covering various shift patterns Mon\-Sun.


• 1\+ years of fashion retail experience within a similar environment.


• Dedicated to providing exceptional service.


• Interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry.


• Reliable and eager to succeed.


• Enthusiastic and able to set a positive example for colleagues.


• Flexible and willing to work shift patterns that suit business needs.

Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £12\.71 per hour
