The Role
As a Property Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, speaking with warm property leads generated through social media, online marketing campaigns, and inbound enquiries.
Your role will focus on building rapport, understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for our valuers and senior sales team.
This is not a cold\-calling role. You will be speaking with engaged individuals who have already expressed an interest in buying, selling, or investing in property.
Success in this role comes from providing an excellent customer experience, building trust quickly, and creating opportunities that help both our clients and the wider business achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management \& Qualification
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with prospective clients
- Qualify leads thoroughly, understanding motivation, timescales, property details, and financial position
- Identify high\-quality opportunities and route them effectively within the business
- Book appointments for valuers and senior sales staff
- Follow up enquiries consistently to maximise conversion opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction
- Provide a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience from first contact
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients
- Ensure no lead is left unmanaged
- Represent Aspire Estates positively at all times
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within our CRM system
- Log call notes, outcomes, follow\-up actions, and appointment details thoroughly
- Manage lead pipelines effectively to maximise performance
- Ensure all tasks and follow\-ups are completed promptly and professionally
- Work closely with valuers, negotiators, and management to maximise lead conversion
- Contribute positively to Aspire's high\-energy, performance\-driven culture
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and lead quality
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Experience
- Previous sales, telesales, customer service, or estate agency experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working within a target\-driven environment is advantageous
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and managing a high volume of conversations
- Experience using CRM systems is beneficial but not required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic Salary: £25,000
On Target Earnings: £30,000 \- £32,000
