About the Role
We are seeking a commercially focused Sales \& Business Development Manager to support business growth, client development and international market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
\* Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
\* Identify new clients, business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
\* Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
\* Conduct market research and identify commercial opportunities.
\* Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable service solutions.
\* Manage business development activities from lead generation and negotiation through to project delivery.
\* Support new service and programme development.
\* Monitor sales performance, client feedback and market developments.
\* Prepare commercial proposals, reports and presentations.
Requirements
\* Experience in sales, business development, commercial management or client management.
\* Strong communication, negotiation and business planning skills.
\* Experience in market development and commercial opportunity assessment.
\* International or cross\-cultural business experience is desirable.
\* Experience with technology\-enabled business solutions is advantageous.
\* Fluent English and Chinese is desirable.
Pay: £56,000\.00 per year
