What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an ambassador for the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand, bringing our products and story to life for every customer who walks through the door. You'll work a typical retail schedule across both weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled within the store's opening hours of 9:45am to 8:15pm.

Your responsibilities will include:* Creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering premium service

• Running tastings \- inviting customers to taste our products and discover the world of gourmet liquorice


• Growing our community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme


• Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards


• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets


• Representing the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism

What we're looking for:

• You will ideally have:


• Previous retail, hospitality or customer\-facing experience


• Confidence in engaging with customers and starting conversations


• A positive, proactive and solution\-oriented mindset


• Strong communication skills and attention to detail


• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends


• A team\-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
