Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the large Subdued family, and with your energy and professionalism, you will become a brand ambassador and the face of the store. At Subdued, being a Sales Associate is not just about selling: it’s about actively participating in the life of the store, developing your versatility, and contributing to the success of the team.
Sales Associate
- Welcome, advise and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Suggest and sell the store’s products.
- Ensure compliance with the store’s style, image, and visual standards.
- Represent the world and values of Subdued to customers.
- Provide a personalized customer experience.
- Participate in receiving, checking, and storing merchandise.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the sales area and stockroom.
- Contribute to sales growth through teamwork.

Our Recruitment Process
At Subdued, every application counts. We carefully review each profile and are committed to providing you with a response within one week. If your profile is selected, you will first have a video call with our HR team, followed, if positive, by an invitation to complete an in\-store work test to assess your customer service skills and your ability to work effectively in a team. Finally, if necessary, you will have an interview with the Store Manager to get to know you better and discuss the specifics of the position and contract.

Salary range: from €2056/month, 38/h week
