About us

Salary of £26,000 \- £28,000 with an OTE of £34\-£36,000, pension, private medical insurance, 29 days holidays including bank holidays and your birthday off paid.

Person Specification

Motor Indusrty experience is required for this role, in addtion, Ideally the successful candidate will alos have the following key attributes :

  • Aftermarket Motor Industry Sales Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Customer Focused: Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.

  • Problem\-Solving Skills: Demonstrates strong problem\-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining customer records.

  • Sales Acumen: A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and upselling additional products or services that benefit the customer.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems and other relevant software to manage customer interactions and order processes effectively.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Time Management: Competent in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanour in all customer interactions and represents the company positively at all times.

Role Objectives:
  • Lead processing: From the moment a lead first connects with the business, utilise expert customer qualification techniques to navigate them towards closing a deal.

  • Responsive Communication: Respond to all incoming customer communications within Service Level Agreements, focusing on customer experience.

  • Complete the Sales Process: Guide each customer from initial contact to the purchase of parts and workshop services, ensuring first\-class customer service.

  • Meet Customer Requirements: Provide clear answers to each question, create a quote, and issue an invoice.

  • Upselling: Recommend additional services or products based on customer needs.

  • Customer Interaction: Meet, greet, and update customers on job progress and vehicle status, ensuring post\-booking satisfaction.

  • Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, raise vendor purchase orders, maintain customer records, and arrange shipments.

  • Collect Post\-Sales Feedback: Actively seek post\-sales feedback and provide input for marketing initiatives.

  • Order Ownership: Use company systems to manage the entire customer order process, including estimates, sales orders, invoices, and aftersales matters

  • Order Handling: Manage incoming customer orders and schedule work bookings, ensuring necessary parts are available.

  • Refund Processing: Handle refund requests and return processes efficiently.
