We are looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team as Care Assistants — no previous experience required, just a genuine desire to help others.

Every visit is different, but your purpose is always the same — to help people live well at home.

• Provide warm, genuine companionship and emotional support


• Assist with personal care — washing, bathing, dressing and toileting


• Help with mobility, transfers and safe moving and handling


• Prepare meals and drinks, respecting dietary needs and preferences


• Administer or prompt medication as directed by the care plan


• Support with light household tasks — cleaning, laundry, shopping


• Keep clear, accurate records after every visit


• Report any changes in a client's condition to the care team promptly

You do not need a CV packed with care experience. What matters most is who you are:

• A kind, patient and compassionate approach — you genuinely want to help


• Reliability and commitment — our clients count on you


• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships


• Willingness to learn and complete your Care Certificate (fully supported)


• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or bank holidays


• Access to reliable transport and ability to travel between clients


• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance
