Sales and Purchasing Assistant

No two days are quite the same in our sales and purchasing office. You will be right at the heart of the business, building great relationships with both our loyal customers and our trusted suppliers.

• Your Day to Day: You will be answering incoming calls and emails, creating accurate quotes, and generating sales orders.


• The Sourcing Side: You will work with suppliers to secure the best costs, place stock orders, track incoming deliveries, and step up to cover for our main buyer when they take a well deserved holiday.


• The Details: You will also help with recording goods received, chasing up overdue deliveries, and keeping our office filing in tip top shape.

We believe in rewarding loyalty and hard work. You will get to work a reliable, structured schedule of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, meaning your weekends are always yours to enjoy. We offer a competitive salary of £22,568 to £26,520 per year depending on the experience you bring to the table. On top of that, you will receive the standard 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and access to the company pension scheme after three months of service.
