Rivers Assist is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results\-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact within the mental health and wellbeing sector while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and supporting business development activities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and organisational growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and providing tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
- Manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and marketing materials using Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, promotional activities, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Utilise digital tools and IT platforms to track marketing performance, analyse results, and generate insights.
- Organise webinars, events, and promotional activities aligned with organisational goals and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, marketing campaigns, and client communications for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and business development strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast\-paced environment.
