Sales and Marketing Manager

Revelate Fitness is a Cork\-born fitness technology company on a mission to transform how gyms deliver group training worldwide. Our platform integrates with Concept2 rowing, ski erg, and cycling machines to power automated and live competitive event all through a single subscription platform. We also run large scale fitness events throughout Europe with our technology with thousands of people getting their reps and metres counted by the Revelate platform.

We have over 30 gym partners live across Ireland, UK, Europe and the USA, including our flagship partner Obodo in Cork. We are expanding aggressively into new markets. The global functional fitness category is booming, and Revelate is perfectly positioned to lead it.

We are hiring one person to help us grow. This role will be the foundation on which the entire Revelate commercial team is built. Whoever takes this role will not just work at Revelate they will shape it.

Sales \& Growth

– Own the full sales cycle \- identifying target gyms, building outreach campaigns, holding conversations, and signing new partners

– Build a repeatable, scalable sales strategy from the ground up

– Develop creative approaches to reach gym owners and decision\-makers across CrossFit, Hyrox, and functional fitness markets

– Represent Revelate at fitness industry events, competitions, and expos, in Ireland, the UK, and internationally

– Track pipeline, conversion rates, and partner growth metrics, you will own the numbers

Marketing \& Campaigns

– Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid channels

– Create compelling content short\-form video, social posts, case studies that shows the world what Revelate can do

– Build Revelate's brand presence in the CrossFit and Hyrox communities globally

– Test, learn, iterate — bring a creative, data\-informed approach to what works and what doesn't

Experience \& Qualifications

– 3\+ years’ experience in project management/sales/marketing

– Background in fitness coaching, gym management, or event operations

– Previous sales, business development, or account management experience

– Hands\-on experience with social media marketing or content creation

– Familiarity competitive functional fitness

Pay: €42,000\.00\-€52,000\.00 per year
