SIM FIT\-OUT LTD is a growing fit\-out and construction company based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, specialising in delivering high\-quality interior projects across the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales \& Marketing Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in developing and delivering the company’s sales and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will help drive business growth by generating new leads, developing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and securing new project opportunities.

The role offers excellent earning potential through a lucrative performance\-led bonus scheme linked directly to bringing new clients and opportunities into the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy


• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry professionals


• Attend networking events, meetings, and industry exhibitions


• Manage and develop marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms


• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and tender submissions


• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipelines


• Work closely with the senior management team to support business growth objectives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing role


• Ideally, knowledge or experience within the fit\-out, interiors, or construction industry


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills


• Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-driven


• Excellent organisational and presentation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Full UK driving licence preferred
