Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding client relationships, and promoting our brand within the market. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales channels.

  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

  • Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

  • Lead marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
Skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and sales performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
