Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement, drive sales growth, and strengthen the supermarket's presence within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer footfall.

  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and in\-store marketing activities.

  • Conduct market research and analyse customer purchasing trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local market developments.

  • Promote products and services through social media, digital platforms, and local advertising channels.

  • Assist in introducing new product ranges based on customer demand and market analysis.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local businesses.

  • Analyse sales performance and prepare reports for management with recommendations for improvement.

  • Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programmes.

  • Work closely with management to achieve business growth objectives and sales targets.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the business professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or business development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
