Sales and Lettings Manager

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the rental process for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating viewings, and ensuring smooth lease agreements. Responsibilities

• Manage the end\-to\-end lettings process, including advertising available properties and conducting viewings


• Liaise with prospective tenants, answering enquiries promptly and professionally


• Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements


• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property issues efficiently


• Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and tenant details


• Conduct regular market research to stay informed of rental trends and pricing strategies


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants


• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or lettings


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment


• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations concerning tenancy agreements is advantageous


• Proficiency in property management software or CRM systems is preferred
