£28,000 Basic \+ Uncapped Commission (£45k–£55k OTE)

We are looking for a driven, confident and ambitious salesperson to help scale the carpet cleaning division of a fast\-growing cleaning company operating across Essex, Hertfordshire and London.
This is not a standard telesales role.
You will work directly alongside the business owner to help build and grow a department with major expansion plans. We already generate a high volume of inbound leads every week and have a large existing pipeline ready to be worked immediately.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a business, earn strong commission and play a key role in scaling a department.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting warm inbound leads into booked jobs
- Managing and following up leads through our CRM system
- Working through a large backlog of existing opportunities
- Prospecting and cold calling businesses across Essex, Hertfordshire and London
- Securing commercial carpet cleaning contracts and recurring work
- Building relationships with estate agents, offices, commercial sites and property businesses
- Helping improve sales systems and processes as the department grows
- Working closely with the owner on growth strategy and expansion
- 65–80 new inbound leads generated weekly
- 300\+ existing leads currently within the CRM
- Established operation already completing 12–15 jobs per week
- Significant opportunity for commercial growth and recurring contracts
Salary \& Commission
- £28,000 basic salary
- 5% commission on warm inbound leads
- 10% commission on self\-generated cold/commercial deals
- Warm leads alone are expected to generate approximately £200–£300\+ commission weekly
- Commercial deals can generate £400–£1,000\+ commission per deal
