This would be ideal for someone who loves data and will learn the process with us as we grow. Reporting directly into the operations director.

Role Overview
As a Sales Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic sales execution. You will analyse regional enquiry trends, conversion rates, and pricing structures to help our sales teams optimise their pipelines. This role is crucial for identifying untapped geographic markets, maximising marketing return on investment (ROI), and forecasting demand to align with our production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking: Maintain and optimise daily/weekly/monthly sales dashboards tracking key metrics (e.g., enquiry\-to\-survey rates, survey\-to\-install rates, average order value).
- Pipeline \& Forecasting: Analyse the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks; collaborate with sales leadership to provide accurate volume forecasting for manufacturing and installation teams.
- Geographic \& Demographic Mapping: Evaluate enquiry data against regional demographics to identify high\-potential areas for targeted local marketing campaigns.
- Pricing \& Margin Analysis: Monitor promotional performance, discount impacts, and competitor pricing to ensure high conversion rates while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- CRM Management: Serve as the data champion for our CRM system, ensuring data hygiene, tracking lead attribution, and building automated reporting tools for regional managers.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) and experience with BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau). Competency with standard CRM systems. We use a bespoke system
