Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor

Our client, a successful and expanding retail business based in Cheltenham, is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor should have:

• Previous experience within a retail, showroom, customer service or sales environment


• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service


• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike


• Experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating a small team within a busy customer-facing setting


• Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

In this role, the Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom and customer service function


• Providing expert guidance and assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions


• Coordinating customer orders, appointments, deliveries and follow-up communications


• Assisting with team scheduling, coaching and performance support to ensure excellent service standards


• Maintaining an attractive showroom environment and ensuring company procedures are followed consistently

Our client is offering the successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor an hourly rate of approximately £13.82 per hour, plus benefits including staff discounts, holiday allowance and the opportunity to work within a supportive and established retail environment. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, with a weekday off when working Saturdays.
