Our client, a successful and expanding retail business based in Cheltenham, is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor should have:
- Previous experience within a retail, showroom, customer service or sales environment
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating a small team within a busy customer-facing setting
- Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom and customer service function
- Providing expert guidance and assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
- Coordinating customer orders, appointments, deliveries and follow-up communications
- Assisting with team scheduling, coaching and performance support to ensure excellent service standards
- Maintaining an attractive showroom environment and ensuring company procedures are followed consistently
