Sales Agent
We are looking for an ambitious, customer\-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for home improvement, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with homeowners to help bring their vision to life — from stylish conservatories and orangeries to modern extensions and bespoke living spaces. You’ll combine consultative selling with creative thinking to provide tailored solutions that enhance homes and lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, lifestyle requirements, and design aspirations.
- Deliver engaging consultations and present bespoke conservatory and living space solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct effective negotiations and confidently close sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow\-ups and accurate CRM updates.
- Collaborate with surveyors, designers, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from concept to completion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company professionally at appointments, events, and exhibitions.
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within home improvements, conservatories, windows \& doors, kitchens, bathrooms, or related sectors.
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self\-motivated, organised, and target\-driven with the ability to manage multiple customers effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
- Professional appearance and customer\-first attitude.
