Sales Advisor (Temp to Perm)

Location: Near A55 Junction 26 (Chester / Wrexham accessible)

Salary: £24,785

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week (between 8am–8pm, Monday–Saturday)

Benefits: Modern office, onsite parking

The Role

We are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join a fast-paced and supportive head office team.

This is a consultative sales role, where you’ll be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls (including some cold calling), while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You’ll work across multiple channels including:

  • Phone (inbound & outbound)

  • Email

  • Webchat

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer contact in a contact centre environment

  • Proactively follow up enquiries and generate sales opportunities

  • Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote services

  • Deliver a consultative and ethical sales approach at all times

  • Take ownership of personal performance and achieve KPI targets

  • Support new customer onboarding and deliver a first-class customer journey

  • Promote and set up Direct Debit programmes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

  • Provide feedback on trends and campaign performance

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth

  • Handle all interactions in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (contact centre preferred)

  • Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills

  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated mindset

  • Ability to build rapport and deliver a consultative sales approach

  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
