In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in\-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

• Work on SOP system and handle customers ransactions


• Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives


• Working collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture


• Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures


• Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re\-stocked


• Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships

• A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service


• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position


• Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry


• Good communication skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications


• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve


• Knowledge of SOP systems


• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
