Job Title: Home survey Sales Advisor
Location: Chilwell, Nottingham (Hybrid: 3 days in\-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £26,228 base, plus typical monthly bonus
Job Type: Maternity cover 12\-month fixed\-term contract
Your life as a Home Survey Sales Adviser
The Home Survey Sales Adviser is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective clients over the phone and on email. This includes ensuring that customers have the correct product knowledge to make informed decisions about their choice of survey. As an adviser, you will be expected to close sales efficiently and be responsible for hitting your own monthly sales targets. You will also share responsibility for the team’s overall sales results with your teammates.
What you’ll do
\- Acquire and maintain an expert understanding of the company’s products and positioning within the industry
\-Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and referrers
\- Progress sales within the company’s agreed service timeframes
\- Collect payments for sales transactions
\-Manage own performance by utilising the department’s dashboard of results
\- Set personal monthly targets in line with business expectations
\- Support your line manager with identifying areas of improvement and development
\- Communicate voice of customer feedback to your line manager
Who we’re looking for
\- Customer service experience with evidence of upselling and closing skills
\- Track record of successful sales performance
\- A target driven individual, motivated by bonus opportunities
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Good data entry and typing skills
\- Attention to detail
\- Strong organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office
