My client is on the lookout for a Sales Office Coordinator to join a busy and buzzing construction team. You’ll be at the heart of operations—connecting customers, logistics, and sales—making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Champion-
- Answer calls and emails like a pro—friendly, efficient, and solution-focused
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately
- Build strong relationships and keep customers in the loop
- Manage expectations around deliveries, availability, and timelines
- Solve problems (and save the day when needed!)
- Input and manage orders using modern systems
- Keep everything accurate, organised, and up to date
- Track order progress and provide updates
- Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests with ease
- Work closely with transport teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Help prioritise urgent jobs and keep things moving
- Provide real-time updates and ETAs using tracking systems
- Act as the bridge between customers and operations
- Help customers get the right materials for the job
- Share product info confidently and accurately
- Liaise with internal teams to confirm availability
- Process card payments securely
- Keep records tidy and compliant
- Support with invoicing and payment queries
- A confident communicator with a great phone manner
- Highly organised and able to multitask like a pro
