Sales Administrator

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for the position of Sales Administrator in Stockport. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to support the fleet department within a dynamic environment.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

• Complete all administrative paperwork related to fleet vehicle sales


• Run and update daily stock reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness


• Support vehicle registration processes and order leasing company packs and accessories


• Liaise with the PDI centre to ensure vehicles are prepared correctly and within deadlines


• Register sold vehicles in compliance with regulations


• Maintain accurate invoicing using in-house spreadsheets and systems


• Communicate effectively with sales and support teams to ensure operational efficiency


• Uphold high standards of administration and organisational housekeeping

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and targets whilst maintaining attention to detail


• Professional and confident communication skills, with a collaborative approach


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment


• Proficient computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and administration systems


• Proactive attitude with a willingness to support team objectives
