You will join a close-knit team where you are more than just a number, giving you the opportunity to learn the products, build strong customer relationships and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.
With the majority of the role focused on inbound sales and customer enquiries, you will have the chance to develop your commercial skills without being thrown into a heavy cold-calling environment. You will be trained on the products and given the support to become a trusted point of contact for customers, with genuine scope to make the role your own and progress within the business.

Your role as a Sales Administrator You Will:

Sales Administration and Internal Sales position.

Handle inbound enquiries, with some other admin work for the team.

Prepare and send quotations via email.

Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a great service.

Develop your product and sales knowledge with full training and support.

As a Sales Administrator You Must:

Have experience in an internal sales, sales administration or customer-facing role, or be looking to take your first step into internal sales.

Be confident speaking with customers and have a professional telephone manner.

Be willing to learn specialist products and develop your sales knowledge.

Some engineering knowledge is an advantage.

Have good computer skills and experience using databases, CRM systems, email and telephone systems.

Be organised, reliable and keen to build a long-term career.

Live within a commutable distance of Yeovil.
