Due to an internal transfer, we have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator, the remuneration will be dependent on the experience of the successful candidate within the range specified.

Working closely with the Sales Administration Team to support in the day\-to\-day sales admin duties and assisting in any ad hoc administrative tasks.

Processing and ensuring the fulfillment of sales orders on time and supporting the sales team in meeting customer requirements. Liaising with customers on a daily basis to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

1\. Process customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

2\. Monitor Sales Admin \& Enquiries mailbox ensuring all orders and enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.

3\. Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries or diverting calls to the correct department.

4\. Process and prepare online orders for shipping.

5\. Work with and support the other members of the sales administration team including the Sales \& Supply Chain Co\-Ordinator, Sales \& Supply Support Administrator and Credit Controller on a day\-to\-day basis.

6\. Liaise between sales and the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition of each stage of the customer’s order.

7\. Provide support for any customer related issues whilst maintaining a calm environment.

8\. Escalating customers issues in a timely manner to the appropriate account manager whilst looking at all possible solutions available.

9\. Support the sales and supply team by booking transport and providing accurate paperwork for smooth stock transitions, liaising with 3rd party warehouses.

10\. Process and investigate customer credit note requests and raise once agreed.

11\. Provide copies of POD’s when requested by customer.

12\. Raise purchase orders for incoming stock and when requested by the warehouse and packing operations team.

13\. Scanning and accurately recording documents.

14\. Support account managers with any ad hoc requests.

15\. Help welcome customers and visitors to the site.

16\. Provide the Farm Shop with copies of Cash Sales Invoices.

17\. Support team members within the Sales \& Marketing Department with customer\-related matters.

18\. To carry out any other work or task determined to be within your level of competence, to meet the needs of the business

19\. Working within all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Authenticity, Legality and Quality Standards.

Training/Qualifications:

Essential

1\+ year in a similar administration role.

Experience of/proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable

European Computer Driving Licence.

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or working towards).

Experience in using Microsoft Navision/Business Central/Teams.

Processing orders via EDI.
