Job Title: Client Account Manager (Part\-Time Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Home Based with Travel to Client Sites. Ideally situated close to London, Manchester or Birmingham. Attendance at the Burnham\-on\-Sea office required approximately one day per month.
Hours: Part\-Time (Flexible – to be agreed)

We are a growing property technology company providing specialist inspection and repairs software to letting agents, property managers, housing providers, and maintenance professionals throughout the UK. Our software helps clients streamline property inspections, maintenance reporting, compliance management, and repairs processes.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with our existing customer base. This is a consultative role focused on client retention, account development, and identifying opportunities to increase software adoption and revenue within existing accounts.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, demonstrate product enhancements, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our software platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and customer meetings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, and licences.
- Deliver software demonstrations and training where required.
- Attend client appointments and industry events.
- Work collaboratively with the customer success and support teams.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to the wider business.
- Support contract renewals and customer retention activities.
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or software sales.
- Strong relationship\-building and communication skills.
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
- Experience working within a SaaS or software environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of the lettings, property management, housing, or maintenance sectors would be advantageous.
- Self\-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
