Job Title: Business Development \& Account Manager
Location: Hybrid – Home Based with Travel to Client Sites. Ideally situated close to London, Manchester or Birmingham. Attendance at the Burnham\-on\-Sea office required approximately one day per month.
Hours: Flexible hours, looking for the right person to start off Part time and grow with the company

We are a growing property technology company providing specialist inspection and repairs software to letting agents, property managers, housing providers, and maintenance professionals throughout the UK. Our software helps clients streamline property inspections, maintenance reporting, compliance management, and repairs processes.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development \& Account Manager to help drive our continued growth. This role combines managing and developing existing customer relationships with proactively generating and converting new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, delivering software demonstrations, attending client meetings, and building long\-term partnerships across the property and lettings sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion.
· Conduct software demonstrations both remotely and in person.
· Develop and grow relationships with existing customers.
· Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
· Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
· Work closely with marketing and product teams to support lead generation activities.
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
· Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
· Keep informed of market trends and competitor activity.
Skills \& Experience
· Proven experience in software sales, SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
· Strong consultative selling and relationship\-building skills.
· Experience presenting software solutions to business decisionmakers.
· Understanding of the lettings, property management, housing, or repairs sectors would be highly desirable.
· Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
· Results\-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
· Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for client appointments.

Pay: £12\.71\-£25\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16\.0 – 24\.0 per week
