Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new web customers generated through our website. Raising enquiries onto our system, quotation follow up and conversion ensuring account growth. The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure conversion, retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Provide supplier costing information where required to enable swift quotations from management.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in internal systems (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
